Canadian Women Golfers Inc. (CWGI) is a golf club for Ottawa area women. We encourage women to take up the game of golf and to play more of it in a welcoming and friendly environment. We understand that when women play golf their experiences should be tailored to their unique needs and perspectives. 

CWGI's golf program is geared to the lives of today's women. We know that some weeks you just can't play golf and see no reason why you should pay for games you don't play. With CWGI, your membership fee covers the privileges and benefits of being in a club but not your green fees, which you only pay for the games you play. This makes CWGI the most affordable golfing approach for women in the Ottawa area.

We also know you like the option to play at some different courses during the season and not necessarily play at the same course week after week. So, when you join CWGI you can play where and when you want from week to week.

We offer an extensive and varied program, just like a traditional golf club. Instead of having our own course, we organize 9 & 18-hole golf games and golf related events at a variety of the nicest courses in the region conveniently located close to where members work and live. You decide which games you want to play. Whether you're just starting out in the game or a seasoned player you'll enjoy golfing with CWGI.

As a member you can play at any of our club courses at a time that works for you. Members always have someone to golf with and have the opportunity to:  

• play 9 and 18 hole golf weekly, as little or as much as they wish,
• take lessons with our women golf pro partners, and 
• participate in "9 & Dine" events, 18-hole bus excursions and golf getaways.

With CWGI you'll have lots of opportunity to golf and in doing so will meet wonderful women from across the region.
